Standard Shipping

All in stock orders will ship within 2-3 business days via USPS, UPS or DHL. Orders should arrive in 3-5 business days, most areas will receive within 3 days.

We are unable to process orders outside the United States. Should you be based outside of the US and interested in our collection, please email us at madison@themadisonco.com and we will do our best to find a solution to accommodate your order request.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your Madison & Co. purchase, you may exchange the unused item for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds at this time. All products must be unused & unaltered in their original packaging. All items marked vintage are final sale. Gift Cards are not eligible for exchange. We will be unable to honor a return for any items that are returned to us stained, broken, or damaged in any way.
